Red Planet Apps Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Echo Tap: The Memory Heist (Short Title: Echo Tap, Application ID: com.echotap.memoryheist) mobile application and web services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle player data, cloud progress synchronization, in-app purchases, and user privacy while you play our memory vault puzzle heist game.

We prioritize player privacy and collect only the minimal data required to deliver core gameplay features, cloud saves, and global vault leaderboards:

• Optional Account Identifiers: Display name, email address, and authentication tokens when you register or sign in via Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In to sync progress across multiple devices.
• Game Progress & Vault Telemetry: Unlocked heist chapters, vault memory scores, sequence solving speeds, streak records, and high-score rankings stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.
• Device & Crash Diagnostics: Anonymous system metadata (device model, OS version, screen resolution) and stack trace crash logs captured via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve performance.

Echo Tap: The Memory Heist utilizes Google Firebase services to manage player authentication, cloud save synchronization, and stability monitoring.

- Firebase Authentication: Manages secure user logins and anonymous guest session tokens.
- Firebase Cloud Firestore: Synchronizes your unlocked heist vaults, achievements, and leaderboard rankings across devices.
- Firebase Performance & Analytics: Provides aggregated, non-identifying telemetry on loading speeds and crash reports.

Echo Tap may offer optional digital in-app purchases, such as memory hint refills, level packs, or cosmetic vault themes using Google Play Billing (`com.android.vending.BILLING`).

All financial transactions and payment card processing are executed directly through Google Play or Apple App Store checkout systems. Red Planet Apps Inc. does not receive, view, or store credit card numbers or billing addresses. We receive only anonymized transaction receipts from the platform to validate and grant your purchased items.

Echo Tap requests only essential system permissions required for gameplay interaction:

• Internet Access (INTERNET): Enables cloud save syncing, global leaderboard updates, and crash report uploads.
• Haptic Vibration (VIBRATE): Delivers tactical haptic responses during memory sequence playback and vault unlocks. Vibration processing occurs 100% locally on your physical device.
• Local Storage / Caching: Stores sound preferences, high scores, and offline progress locally on your device via browser LocalStorage or IndexedDB.

Echo Tap: The Memory Heist is family-friendly and designed for players of all ages.

We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy frameworks. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. The application contains no targeted behavioral advertising networks or cross-site tracking technologies.

All data transmitted between Echo Tap and our cloud backend is protected using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Cloud databases hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase use AES-256 encryption at rest. Strict access control policies ensure that player records are protected against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and CalOPPA, you have full authority to inspect, export, or permanently delete your player profile and game statistics. You can initiate account deletion inside the application under Settings > Account > Delete Account or by emailing a request to support@redplanetapps.com. Upon verification, all associated cloud progress and profile records will be permanently erased.
